Our dining experience tonight at Katana Asakusa, was the finest I've ever had the privilege of sharing to date. The Kobe Beef and Teppanyaki they had on offer looked tempting, but I decided I'd enjoy their 300 gram Wagyu beef Sirloin. Mizuki was an excellent and patient server. Helping us translate as English speakers with ease. Chef Ando offered fantastic service as well, showcasing expert culinary skill and honorable professionalism. The wagyu itself was the most rich and savory thing I've ever tasted in my life. Melting in my mouth and losing myself in the amazing flavor. Luckily the 300 gram option was far larger a portion size than I was expending and I had plenty of chances to savor it as long as I'd like. Though it may definitely be a better idea to go with the 120 gram option for those who eat less.
